Corporate Giveaways Buyers' Show is open to trade and corporate buyers 18 years old and over. Visitors younger than 18 years old will not be allowed into the exhibit hall.
WHAT IS MEANT BY "TRADE AND CORPORATE BUYERS"?
Trade and corporate buyers are those looking to order or purchase items in bulk, usually in behalf of a company. This is in contrast to a retail consumer who purchases individual items for personal use.
CAN I BUY INDIVIDUAL ITEMS AT CORPORATE GIVEAWAYS BUYERS' SHOW?
Exhibitors at the show are there to take bulk orders from buyers. As such, very few, if any exhibitors will have individual items for sale during the show. Most, if not all of the items you will see at the show are samples for display only.
WHAT IS THE EXHIBIT SCHEDULE AND HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE?
Corporate Giveaways Buyers' Show will be held on June 16, 17 and 18, 2020 at the SMX Convention Center Manila.
The exhibit hours: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (registration counter closes at 6:30pm)

I WANT TO VISIT THE SHOW. CAN I REGISTER IN ADVANCE?
Yes, pre-event online registration is available until 5:00 pm of June 12, 2020. The online registration form can be found HERE.
During the show proper, proceed to the Online Registrants queue at the Registration Counter to claim your Visitor Badge and proceed into the exhibit hall.
Your Visitor Badge is valid on June 16, 17 and 18, 2020.
I WAS NOT ABLE TO REGISTER ONLINE. WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR ON-SITE REGISTRATION?
Fill up and/or attach your business card to the Registration Forms available at the Lobby in front of Hall 4 of the SMX Convention Center Manila on June 16, 17 or 18, 2020.
Submit the form to the Registration Counter in exchange for your Visitor Sticker. Place the Visitor Sticker on your left or right chest and proceed into the exhibit hall.
Your Visitor Sticker is only valid on the day of your visit. You will need to fill up another registration form if you decide to return to the show on a different day.
HOW DO I GET THE LIST AND CONTACT DETAILS OF PARTICIPATING EXHIBITORS?
The Online Exhibit Directory containing the contact details and product line of participating exhibitors will be available on the website beginning on June 15, 2020.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE EXHIBITION?
Business or Smart Casual attire is encouraged. The SMX Convention Center Manila does not allow entry to those wearing slippers, singlets (sando) or casual shorts.
CAN I BRING FOOD INTO THE EXHIBITION?
The SMX Convention Center Manila does now allow visitors to bring food into the venue. Food concessionaires located in the lobby and inside the exhibition hall will have food and drinks available for purchase.
